Blanc de Blancs masterclass

Dive into the different styles of 100% chardonnay sparklings from the Adelaide Hills, to the single village of Oger in the Côte des Blancs. This very exciting tasting will be hosted by Kate and Sophie Couvreur from Champagne et Villages. The first bracket will explore two growers, Demière-Ansiot and José Dhondt, and explore their unique approaches to growing and making Champagne using fruit from the same village. The second bracket will be a vertical of Beltana from the current release alongside late disgorgements of the 2015, 2014 and 2011. 

This is the perfect event for those beginning to explore the world of bubbles right through to seasoned connoisseurs. A minimum of eight pours of wine + cheese & lavosh provided.
