Sabre Club Terms & Conditions
Joining costs and minimum term
The Sabre Club is a commitment or subscription club. There is no cost to join but upon sign up, the subscription will continue on an ongoing basis for two shipments per year (in May and November) until a customer requests a cancellation or hold.
There is no joining fee and the cost for each shipment is simply the cost of the six wines selected (charged at retail price, minus 20% club discount).
The minimum term is for twelve months or two shipments. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to this, a cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations
Once the minimum commitment has been met, Sabre Club members can cancel their subscription. After this time, members can also request to skip a maximum of two consecutive shipments or place their membership on hold for up to one year. To request a cancellation or pause, please contact the club manager by phoning 8339 2633 or email.
Memberships may also be cancelled by Deviation Road if a member does not keep their contact details or payment information up to date. We will make reasonable attempts to contact members to obtain these details prior to cancelling their subscription.
If a subscription is cancelled, the customer will automatically forfeit any benefits associated with their Sabre Club membership. Should the member rejoin at a later date, the minimum term commitment will apply.
Club shipments
You will receive an email approximately a month prior to the next shipment which will outline the selection of wines and contain all the relevant dates regarding processing.
Once you have received this email, members can login to update or change their wine selections and personal details including shipping address and credit card information. If members have not made any changes to their selection by the cut off date advised, they will receive the curated pack as outlined in the email. We are unable to refund or amend club selections once a club order has been processed.
Unfortunately our system does not allow us to have ‘standing orders’ for club selections and club members do need to amend their wine choices for each individual shipment.
