Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping Australia wide via Australia Post Wine Delivery Service. Orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 2 business days and a tracking email will be sent once your wine has been dispatched from our cellar door.


International Shipping

Our wines are now available to purchase online and ship to a number of countries via Get Freighted and Australia Tasting Room. You can browse and purchase our wines here.


Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost for shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more Australia wide. For orders less than 6 bottles we charge $15 for delivery to South Australia and $20 for interstate. Sabre members receive complimentary shipping on all orders.

Which international countries do you ship to?

Via our partner Get Freighted and Australia Tasting Room, we ship to the USA, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

How long until I receive my wine?

We endeavour to process, pack and ship all orders within 1- 2 business days. Australia Post picks up from us three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Estimated shipping timeframes are between three to ten business days depending on destination.

Do you ship wine during hot weather?

To protect our wines, we do not ship orders during hot weather. We will contact you if your order is impacted.

I did not receive the wine I ordered / My wine arrived damaged

If your order arrived damaged or it is not what you purchased, please contact us. If your order is damaged in transit or upon delivery, Australia Post will notify us and return the package to us. We will contact you as soon as we are notified and will have your replacement order sent as soon as possible to avoid delays.
